transfer pictures to my computer

Question

I have a Seagate Free Agent with many pictures.  How do I transfer these pictures to my computer so that I can make a picture CD.  I have tried making this CD with the Seagate free agent in and it does work, but as soon as I take the Seagate free agent out the pictures are removed.  Can someone help.  Thank you.

Connect it to your computer, right click on the external drive, open it, and manually copy files to your computer. Burn files onto the CD from your computer.
