1) Turn on the computer. Press the F8 key until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears on the screen.
2) Select Repair Your Computer on the Advanced Boot Options menu, then press Enter.
3) Highlight the language that you want to use and click Next.
4) Log in as as admin, and then click OK.
5) Click Dell Factory Image Restore and click Next.
6) Select check box for Yes, reformat hard drive and restore system software to factory condition, and click Next.
7) The restore process will begin. Click Finish when done to restart the computer.
