I sent Dod Breeder Candycoateddoxie buisness $400.00 to by a Yorkie puppy.They refuse to send my money back,I have no puppy,they have lied to me and when I asked for refund they blocked my e-mail's.I live Alaska plus I was going to pay for shipping if I had gotten the dog which would not have happened,because they keep the money and I have no puppy.They are scamming people all over the internet and all
I want is my $400.00 back from these dishonest dog breeder's,please help me!!!!

If you paid by credit card, I think you can disput the charge. Otherwise, talk to police.
