Try the following steps:
1) Replace the fuel in the tank
2) Change the engine oil and air filter
3) Check and clean the spark plugs, add 1 spoonful of engine oil to each of the spark plug holes.
4) Check the battery. Fully charge or replace it.
5) Start the car, let it idle for a while, then test drive.
