I have a 9 year old Jack Russell Terrier that is losing his hair, when you pet him his hair comes out in your hand. He has been tested for mange and skin fungis negitive results, has been on antibiotics, anti itch medication and atopia they work for a very short time then it starts all over again, what could be causing this and how do I keep it from happening. This has been going on now for about a year.
