Question

So, if you are not supposed to accept cashiers, personal, money orders, and so on, just how is a person to be paied ???

My banker says money order or cashiers or bank check, and make sure you have your money and that the payment is legit.

However, I wish someone who knows would tell me what I can accept safely.

 Also, must I charge or pay tax on sale of personal items.  ?
