I am selling a car on Craigslist and the guy that wants to buy it said that he is in the service and he has been deployed. He said he is not allowed to make or receive calls. He also said he does not have access to his bank account.
He said he can only to transactions through Pay Pal. I do not have one I am not sure if it is safe or not. I would think that there is someone that would have some kind of access to his account while he is deployed.
