Question

The brake transaxle interlock light came on so I looked at the manual and did what it said. all the transmission leaked out when I did that. now it will stop moving all of a sudden so I add transmission fluid to make it home. what could be the problem that I caused but doing that? is it a easy fix and what needs fixed?

You did not say what you did and I do not have your manual to see what you were suppose to do. If the tranny fluid leaked out, then you have a blown seal or the seal was not re-seated correctly. Repair for this will require dropping the tranny. If you are not mechanically inclined or do not have the equiptment to do the job safely, take it to a transmission shop.
