who do i contact to pay for the repairs to my pc after ask.com crashed it?

somehow, WITHOUT my permission, ask.com installed their toolbar in my computer, causing it to crash or freeze.

I want to know who is going to pay for the repairs. if I have to, I will be filing suit!

You can uninstall it yourself. Simply go to control panel, programs, select Ask Toolbar, and click uninstall.
