1985 305 bad fuel order and my plugs are fouling out.

I rebuilt this 305 engine now it is fouling out the plugs and I get a lot of smoke with fuel order. I changed the cap and rotor, plugs, rebuilt the carb, hooked up the vacuum lines the best I could with no sticker on truck.
