why can't i sue a psychiatric clinic for medical malpractice ?

been going to a major hospital psychiatric clinic for years .
work related . they refuse to help me because I refuse medication.
id like to pay a lawyer to take them to court ; don't care if I win , I am old and ready to retire . I just want what happened to me to be part of court records . over 40 years of workplace bullying .

Usually, if you are not following there regimen then they can refuse to treat you. You most likely don't have a claim for medical malpractice if you did not follow there treatment recommendations.
